Refund policy
At Zentialo®, we stand behind the quality of our premium titanium products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, used cookware cannot be returned.

It must be in the original packaging, including all labels, protective materials, and inserts.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Zentialo® does not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer is responsible for choosing a carrier and covering all return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at zentialoshop@gmail.com to receive specific instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If applicable, we will send a free replacement via expedited shipping.

If your item arrived damaged but the standard return period has passed, please email us at zentialoshop@gmail.com and we will find a solution for you.
5. Warranty Coverage
Zentialo® products are designed for lifelong durability and performance. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but it does not cover damage caused by:

Improper use or care (excessive heat, abuse, neglect, or improper storage).

Misuse of sharp utensils.

Improper cleaning or failure to follow care instructions.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., slight discoloration or surface scratches over time).
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser (or original gift recipient) with proof of purchase and is non-transferable. It covers products purchased directly on zentialo.com and does not extend to commercial or restaurant use.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The original item must meet all return requirements (unused, original packaging).
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
