Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Zentialo® may modify prices at any time; however, products will be charged at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
By placing an order, you guarantee that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the USA, Europe, and selected international locations.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and provided at the time of purchase.
Zentialo® is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt to return a product if you are not satisfied.
To initiate a return, you must contact zentialoshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
In case of a defect or error on our part, return costs will be covered by Zentialo®. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Warranty and Liability

Zentialo® guarantees that products are free from manufacturing defects for the period specified in our warranty policy.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any derived losses under any circumstances, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, logos, graphics, design) is the property of Zentialo® or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
